Illness

I had high hopes of posting a bunch in February, but life happens. First Ryan got pneumonia and we were in the hospital for a couple of days with him. Then Emma and Sean got Strep Throat, when they were just about finished, Ryan got the Strep bug too. Poor guy had 20 days of Amoxicillin. Last week I got a bout with a nasty flu bug that kept me glued to the house, until I went to Urgent Care and got a nausea shot. When March came I had hoped that we would all be finished with the sickness, but much to my dismay poor little 2 month old Cera came down with RSV and Bronciolitis. We are just praying that all gets well soon so that we may travel to Utah and watch the beautiful blessing of Eli to my sister Michelle and husband Aaron!

Final Young Womens Project

All year I knew that I wanted to recover some Book of Mormons for my Young Women as a Christmas present. My friend Kirsta Evans taught me how, and then I proceeded to make 19. The first step was to rip off the covers and take out the pages. Talk about feeling guilty ripping apart BOM's. Next, I recovered them with paper and embellishments, I went to Hobby Lobby and bought the paper. Here are what the finished books looked like. The bummer part is that I was released two weeks before Christmas, but the wonderful new YW pres. still let me give them out. I sure will miss those girls!

Cottonwood Christmas

The Ledbetter Law Firm Christmas Party. The famous 5 lb chocolate bar and Santa! I didn't attend this year, instead I went to Prescott and finished my Christmas shopping before I got to miserably pregnant! On the first weekend in December Cottonwood has a huge Christmas Parade. This year Emma decorated a Girl Scout Brownie float, and Sean decorated a Flip City Preschool float. While Shiloh and I enjoyed watching the parade with just Ryan and our hot cocoa!!
